Salt Skybar and Grill: Luke Mangan in Singapore

I have been a huge Luke Mangan fan for over 10 years now, and I love Glass in Sydney. I was lucky enough to dine there frequently for a number of years when my sister worked for Emirates and staff accomodation was in the Hilton (so everything - from room service to restaurants and bars - was super discounted).

Every time I've visted Singapore I've wanted to go to Luke's restaurant on level 55 of the Ion building and this time I was lucky enough to go. It was awesome - and as it was Singapore Restaurant Week we had a set three courses for $38 plus wines. The food of course was delicious. This, the crab omelet with miso and herbs was divine, and coupled with a sommelier choice sauvingnon blanc set the mark for the rest of the meal.

Salt is a defintite front runner for Singapore dining. Oh and the views! Amaze. Go and enjoy xo
